12/12/07 - Some of the links to the BookDesigner download have decayed (all of the ones hosted on www.the-ebook.org) I manages to track the main executeable down using babelfish, but most of them are still bad (It looks like the-ebook.com has gone over to a php website layout).

Perhaps host copies locally, or someone who can read russian can babysit the links.
