Simply download the latest version (calibre2opds-2.1.zip), unzip it to a temporary folder and run the install.cmd command script.
It is sometimes necessary to run it as administrator.
[edit] Download and install for Macintosh
Simply download the latest version (calibre2opds-2.1.dmg), open the disk image and drag the application icon to your Applications folder.
