Google announced the Pixel C Web Tablet on September 29, for delivery by December 2015.

[edit] Overview

New 10.2-inch tablet with a very Surface-like detachable keyboard. The Pixel C, equipped with an Nvidia Tegra X1 processor and 3GB of RAM, inductively charges the keyboard, which can be slapped (magnetically) onto the back of the tablet when it’s not in use. It will be released with Android Marshmallow 6.0. Price: $499 for 32GB and $599 for 64GB, keyboard: $149

This unit is reported to have a 4:3 ratio screen but the pixel ratio does not agree. The screen size seems to be exactly the size of an A5 piece of paper.
