The Surface Pro 4 was announced by Microsoft on October 6th 2015. it adds a new model more powerful than the existing Surface Pro 3. See Windows surface for more products in this line.

Overview

This product offers a larger screen without increasing the overall size by reducing the area around the screen. A Pen is included. Starting price $899. A new version simply called the Surface Pro, Model 1796, will be available June 15, 2017. Price has dropped to $799 (pen is now optional). It can transform from Laptop to Tablet to Studio mode. It has 50% more battery life and 50% more performance than the Surface Pro 4. It runs Windows 10 Pro.
