Network connection under Windows

I don't have the English version of Windows. Is it true, that you find the the new RNDIS Network in "Manage Wireless Connections" ? I actually doubt it. I'd like someone with an English version to validate that and update the Information in this Page here:

If there is no new Wifi shown in the "Manage Wireless connections"-Center, then you should try this: Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings (Windows 7)

For German version:

Systemsteuerung > Netzwerk und Internet > Netzwerk und Freigabecenter > Adaptereinstellungen ändern (Windows 7)
