Hi everyone, I'm usung win7 x64, just installed CBXshell and working ok for cbr files. I've added the reg file to registry but no thumbs for epub. Any ideea? I don't want to edit the cbz key as the article advises because...I want to keep it working for cbz too.

Got it working. Apparently, you NEED to check zip files in CBX Shell Manager; also, my CBZ key was quite different and I've just exported it and replaced cbz with epub. I'm nut sure if the [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.epub\shellex\{00021500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}] @="{9E6ECB90-5A61-42BD-B851-D3297D9C7F39}" part is really needed but now it works.

The article did not mean for you to lose CBR it meant to copy the line and change the CBR in the copy, not the original. You can have several lines for different file types. --DaleDe (talk) 19:06, 17 October 2013 (EDT)
