The Reader Daily Edition™ (also known as the PRS-900) has free 3G downloads and side loading via USB. It features a seven-inch touch screen display. The latest version of the Daily Edition is the PRS950.

- protect content from accidental deletion (from the device; it can still be deleted from PC).
- dictionary can be browsed separately, not only from a book.
- Included: AC charger, soft cover and zippered case (PRSA-ZC9).
- DRM-protected BBeB books are not supported. (They are supported on the PRS950).
