This unit features a touch screen which must use the included stylus (fingers will not work). This may be a Wacom stylus and shuts off when inserted in the slot. Contrast is very good, not impacted by the touch screen. Most operations can also be done via the keyboard. Text entry on notes can be done via the keyboard or the stylus. There is character recognition available.

TTS is included. ePUB reader uses Adobe Digital Editions while PDF is handled by Adobe Reader.
