Learning to tinker can be challenging and frustrating. When perusing the forums it can be tempting to click 'quick reply' and immediately ask the first question that comes to mind, however this often leaves out important information that others need in order to answer you question quickly. When asking a question take a minute and include the following information so that you get a good answer the first time and don't waste anyone's time.

Which Model of Kindle are you using? (Identify by Serial Number)

What version of Firmware are you running?

Is it stock or jailbroken already?

What is your goal, what are you trying to accomplish?

Give a summary of the issue including what you've tried so far.

Where is the expected behavior differing from the actual behavior?
