This seems to the second model from Nextbook. It is a companion for the Next1 and Next3. It adds touchscreen and Wi-Fi and includes a case. It is a tablet with eBook capability instead of being targeted as an eBook Reader.

Preloaded with 25 classic books and easy access to Borders eBookstore for additional titles. Comes with Google Android 1.5 OS with applications including: E-book, photo viewers and more. Approx. 7-1/2" x 5" x 1/2". Weighs less than a pound. Protective carry case included. 1-year limited warranty.
