Restructure Populate

During the population phase of the --- project, we will need to eliminate as many pages from the Category:MobileRead_articles_in_need_of_content list as possible. This is done through a process of searching the forums, and doing research; then adding to the article until it has enough useful information to be considered a "full article".

For this article to stop being a stub it should have more detailed instructions for how to search the MobileRead forums, and list a few other resources that should be check while populating pages. This page should also include some reference to how templates are being used in structuring certain types of documents.
