6. Change in ipkg.conf (will be in /opt/etc ) the destination from "dest root /" to "dest root /mnt/optware"

This will mean that ipkg will start writing to directories under /mnt/optware/opt/ instead of /mnt/optware/ Fixing the symlinks up to get this to work.
