I have a question about your Kobo Touch Hacking.According to the document of the procedure,Copy the KoboRoot.tgz file to the .kobo directory on your Touch, unplug it, and it will automatically install and reboot. And Copy the run.sh file to the Kobo touch But after a reboot, I shouldn't find the files inittab and inetd.conf on your Touch's public partition.Somtimes I can see inetd.conf but no inittab. So i'm confuse
Hello, Bigcat.
Are you running the latest 2.x firmware? I suppose it's possible that inittab has moved in the latest release. Unfortunately, I don't have a Kobo Touch any more, so I'm unable to do any more hacking. I would suggest asking about your problem in the Kobo Developer's forum.
