ZuluReader is an eBook Reader found at: Zulu express.

ZuluReader can read ePUB and RTF (Rich Text Format) eBooks on your Windows Mobile powered PocketPC or Smartphone or other Windows CE 4.2 or later device. The current effort is on ePUB support so the RTF is not being actively developed. A Windows PC installer is provided. If you don't use a PC then download the CAB file and install it directly. They have also added support for dictionaries.
There is support for landscape mode on devices that support this such as Windows Mobile 2003 SE.

There is a PC version currently in Beta. It has more features than just reader ePUB. It has the ability to manage the library and can support some editing of the ePUB file.
