Overview

The Boyue Likebook ARES represents the family of professional powerful eReaders. Equipped with Octa-core processor, 2GB of RAM+32GB Storage, Open Android 8.1 (nach dem kommenden OTA) and Google Play. Dual Touch (Finger + Wacom). The 7.8" completely flush with the front panel, the front-lit E Ink display with color temperature system will make reading on the big screen even more enjoyable USB-C port supports OTG Hidden SD card slot (up to 128G).

The stylus that comes with the Ares weighs 6g and has 4,096 degrees of pressure sensitivity. It also has palm rejection technology. There is a glass top screen to prevent scratches using the stylus.

Boyue has both Google Play and their own app store with lots of popular reading apps. Most formats are supported.

Likebook Muses

This product is an upgrade from the BOYUE Likebook Mars by adding the Wacom like stylus but maintaining the plastic E Ink Mobius Carta screen. For stylus use a screen protector is highly recommended to avoid scratching the screen. The screen has a different feel and is preferred by many users. As compared to the Ares it is a little heavier (286g) like the Mars and has the Mars dimensions and battery (3100 mAh) but otherwise it is very much like the Ares. It is white and lacks the micro-SD card slot and OTG. It does not have internal speakers. It usually costs a bit less than the Ares.
