[edit] Support
They support Libraries world wide and currently offer 11 languages. Bibliotheca was formed in the spring of 2011 when the three leading independent companies of bibliotheca (Switzerland), Intellident (UK) and Integrated Technology Group, ITG (North America) merged to create a single, global entity. In January of 2012, the Group was extended further with the acquisition of Trion AG, one of Europe’s leading AMH suppliers.
More recently, in October 2015, the Group was extended further when their shareholders (OEP) acquired in full the 3M Library Systems business, with the intention to create a single library-focused business dedicated to the delivery and support of EM/RFID security, Automated Materials Handling, self-service, productivity and digital/cloud (patron-facing) solutions.
