[edit] Overview
The core software is built by hundreds of community volunteers, and when you’re ready for more there are thousands of plugins and themes available to transform your site into almost anything you can imagine. To use WordPress you need a web host that meets the minimum requirements and a little time.
There is also a service called WordPress.com which lets you get started with a new and free WordPress-based blog in seconds, but varies in several ways and is less flexible than the WordPress you download and install yourself.
[edit] ePub Plugin
EPub export automatically creates an ePub file when a post or page is published or updated. The ePubs are stored in the uploads directory. This plugin uses the PHP ePub class, the htmLawed library, and the STIX fonts.
