GoBible is an audio Bible. The Voyager version can include your own books or music.

Overview

This audio reader features Narration by Alexander Scourby or narrated by Charles Taylor, depending on the Bible Version. There are also versions that are dramatized with multiple actors.

A voyager version includes 3 GB of additional storage for your own books and has a AAA li-ion rechargeable battery. This version displays verses on the screen while the audio is playing. Note the dramatized Word of Promise (NKJV) as only 2 GB of additional storage due to the extra space needed.

There is also a GoBible traveler which is smaller and narrated by Charles Taylor. The traveler does not include story/topic indexes or verse level index. This hardware is available in a Catholic version and a Spanish version in addition to the standard KJV or NIV.

• Some versions also display text on screen. All, but the traveler, show the exact chapter and verse to allow following along in a separate Bible. The Traveler shows the chapter.
• Catholic versions are NRSV with Apocrypha included.

Tip

This reader does not automatically save your reading location but a simple workaround is to save a bookmark just before you turn off the player. The last bookmark is available first when you visit the bookmark command.
