InkCase Plus replaces the older InkCase but the basic idea is the same.

InkCase Plus like its predecessor is a dual screen for a cell phone to provide an E Ink screen primarily to permit eBook reading on your cell phone. It has been modernized to work with the latest phones.

The second generation InkCase, together with a FitCase, becomes a protective case and a second screen for the phone. The new detachable concept makes it more versatile. It can be used independently or together with other FitCase designs, supports different Android smartphones. iPhones are also supported.

The iPhone products include: InkCase i7, InkCase i7 Plus, InkCase IVY, InkCase i6, and Fortis.

The i7 and i7 Plus are for iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus. They can also be using on an iPhone 6 or 6S. The InkCase i7 protects your phone smartly with the improved BubblePro Technology for drop-proof protection. All of these fitted in the thinnest, lightest smart case in the world. And that’s just the surface of the OAXIS InkCase. The Plus version offers these same features for the Apple Plus products. There is also an iPhone 5 version.

  • InkCase photo with photo editing features. Can also be used for selfies with the back camera.
  • InkCase sport tracks movement, distance, calories
  • EpiReader is designed to fit into the screen of the E-Paper display. We also make use of the InkCase extended API for the page flipping to allow users to read continuously without interruption. Can read ePub and TXT with PDF coming in the future.
  • Read later - Integrated with Pocket to create a seamless experience for the Read It Later function. Your curated articles and News can be synced automatically.
  • Access live data - news, weather, tasks list, etc.
  • There is also a App for the phone for communication with the InkCase similar to a watch.

[edit] InkCase IVY

This case has all the protection of the standard cases but includes a small E Ink screen. About 1/2 the width and 1/2 the height of the standard InkCase Plus. This area can be used similar to a smart watch to show live data all of the time such as notifications, clock, pictures, and other items. It can also show bar codes, for example for airline ticket use, without having to use the phone side. The battery will last a couple of months without recharging and show images all the time.
