[edit] Overview

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus introduced a new hardware platform for iPhones. The aspect ratio remained 16:9 but the screen size increase to 4.7" for the standard and 5.5" for the plus size which qualifies as a phablet. All of the models until the iPhone X have the same two sizes offered. Focus pixels for the rear camera were introduced on this phone. The camera itself is starting to become a reason to buy the phone. It will improve with every new phone model.
