Talk:IPhone

This is a really old phone. It is already two places before your addition, on this page and on a comparison page. I would say it isn't relevant today to make a separate page and there is no picture. When the phones started out they were all on the one page but as they got more complex a comparison page was made and they continue to get more complex. But for each page I try and show a picture. I see no need for a separate page at this stage and would expect to turn the page you made into a link that will point to the iPhone#iPhone 4S

We could atleast have one page talking about both phones (iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s) since they are quite a bit different from the original three iPhone models which im fine with being on 1 page. Plus, we can just upload a picture and there is more than enough information to create one full page. SomeRandomGuyOnTheInternet (talk) 23:45, 26 December 2020 (EST)
Also I think we should split iPhone 11 Pro from iPhone 11 because it's predecessor the iPhone XS has a different article from iPhone XR. SomeRandomGuyOnTheInternet (talk) 23:50, 26 December 2020 (EST)

If you want to take over the iPhone pages I am OK with that. There is some data that is rapidly going away for some of the older products from apples web site and even wikipedia. Just remember the main emphasis is Mobile Reading so the focus is often on screen sizes and display characteristics. DaleDe (talk) 14:07, 29 December 2020 (EST)

I created iPhone 3G and 4 because i think we should preserve the iPhone article for the product line in general and Mobile Reading on iPhones and iOS, and then we can have separate articles for the models based on their features, like screen size and networks. The article is currently incomplete but i will work on it whenever i have time to. SomeRandomGuyOnTheInternet (talk) 02:44, 6 January 2021 (EST)
